He Giveth More Grace

He giveth more grace when the burdens grow greater.
He sendeth more strength when the labors increace.
To added affliction He added His Mercy,

To multiplied trials, His multiplied peace.
When we have exhausted our store of endurance,
When our strength has failed ere the day is half done,
When we reach the end of our hoarded resources,
Our Father's full giving has only begun.
His love has no limits, His grace has no measure,
His power no boundary known unto men.
For out of His infinite riches in Jesus,
He giveth, and giveth, and giveth again.

Christ's Sufferings

Good Morning Unity and Community;
For the last few weeks we have been talking about suffering. How to suffer, How to suffer as a Christian. How to react to suffering.
,How we react to suffering during our trials tells other just how strong our faith is in Christ, Paul reminded us that in times of suffering we have a chance to tell others "the reason for the hope that lies within us."
Today we look at Christ sufferings and His ministry to us through His sufferings. Come and worship with us beginning at 9:45 for Sunday School and 10:45 for Worship. Come and let your hearts be moved by the presence of Christ and His Holy Spirit.

"Afterwards"

After the sorrow, after the strife,
After the grueling cares of life,
After the strain, after the stress,
"The peaceable fruit of righteousness."

After the chastening, after the rod,
After the pruning, the yielding to God,
After the darkness, the grief and distress,
"The peaceable fruit of righteousness."

After the storm, the peace of His power,
After the drought, the life giving shower,
After surrender, the life made selfless:
In "Peaceable fruit of righteousness."

After the roaming, the refuge and Tower;
After the weakness, the sense of new power:
After the waiting, His presence to bless,
In "Peaceable fruit of righteousness."

Fruit of Spirit, produced by His Hand,
In watching, in waiting, His Word of command,
In loving, in serving, in patience and power
Till full fruitage and perfect the flower.

No Farewell To Love

No Farewell To Love

(I Corinthians 13:13

As an aged Christian lay dying in Edinburgh, a friend called to say farewell. "I have just had three other visitors," said the dying man, "and with two of them I parted, but the third I shall keep with me forever." "Who are they?" "The first was Faith, and I said, 'Goodby Faith! I thank God for your company ever since I first trusted Christ; but now I am going where faith is lost in sight.' Then came Hope. 'Farewell, Hope!' I cried. 'You have helped me in many an hour of battle and distress, but now I shall not need you, for I am going where hope passes into fruition.' Last came Love. 'Love,' said I, 'you have indeed been my friend; you have linked me with God and with my fellow men; you have comforted and gladdened all my pilgrimage. But I cannot leave you behind; you must come with me through the gates, into the city of God, for love is perfected in heaven.'"

A Nice Cool Morning

Good Morning Unity and Community:
What a nice cool morning the Lord has provided for us to come to Worship Him today. I know this is a holiday weekend. I know there are things going on in people's lives. I know some will go on as today is as a normal day. I also know that had Christ had the same attitude, where would we be today? What if when He went to Jerusalem for the Passover He just celebrated it and never became the sacrificial Lamb? He loved us enough not to take a day off from serving His Father. How much love do we really have for Him? How will we express our love to Him today? We say we have Christian Love, but showing is more important than saying it.
Come to Unity today and look at what the Bible says about Christian Love. Services at 9:45 for Sunday School and 10:45 for Worship. Would love to see you there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
