Christ Is Risen --Hallelujah!

Christ is risen! Hallelujah!
   Gladness fills the world today;
From the tomb that could not hold Him,
   See, the stone is rolled away!

Christ hath risen! Hallelujah!
   Blessed morn of life and light!
Lo, the grave is rent asunder,
   Death is conquered through His might.

Christ has risen! Hallelujah!
   Friends of Jesus, dry your tears;
Through the veil of gloom and darkness,
   Lo, the Son of God appears!

Christ hath risen! Hallelujah!
   He hath risen, as He said;
He is now the King of Glory,
   And our great, exalted Head!

God's Son Upon the Tree

Before the cross in awe I stood,
Beholding brow and pierced hand,
For me it was He bled and died,
No other price for sin beside
     Could pay the price for me.

His precious blood, there flowing red,
Was love's best gift, most freely shed;
No one but He the price could pay,
Or save from death and point the way
     For sinners, you and me.

And as I gaze, I seem to hear
Him gently say, "My son, draw near;
New life I give and power withal,
Free unto all who call on Me,
     Now and eternally."

What Think Ye of Christ?

"Pharisees, with what would you reproach Jesus?"
    "He eateth with publicans and sinners."
"And you, Caiaphas, what have youto say of Him?"
    "He is a blasphemer, because He said, Hereafter you shall see the Son of Man        sitting on the right hand of power and coming in the clouds of heaven."
"Pilate, what is your opinion?"
   "I find no fault in this Man."
"And you, Judas, who have sold your Master for silver-have you some fearful charge to hurl at Him?"
   "I have sinned, in that I have betrayed innocent Blood."
"And you, centurion and solders, who led Him to the Cross, what have you to say against Him?"
   "Truly this was the Son of God."
"And you, demons?"
   "He is the Son of God."
"John the Baptist, what think you of Christ?"
   "Behold the Lamb of God."
"Peter, what say you of your Master?"
   "Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God."
"Paul, you have persecuted Him and testify you against Him?"
   "I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord."
"And, Thou, Father in who knowest all things?"
   "This is My beloved Son in whom I am well pleased."
Dear reader, what think you of Christ?

Thank You

     On behalf of the Youth and myself, we want to just say Thank You for all your support. Without your support over the years, we could not do the things we have done. You have allowed us to go on trips, go on fun outings, and buy things for our activities. Your support means so much to us. There are churches who are not so concerned about youth as you are and it shows. We not only thank you for financial support but your encouragement also.
     June the 10-14 about 6-8 of us are going on a mission trip to Bloomington, Indiana. There we will be helping a local mission church with outreach in the community. We will be hosting free carwashes, VBS/Lego, Helping Hands, Street Evangelism, Prayer Tents, Etc. The cost is $250 per person. There will also be an added expense of daily lunches, meals whie traveling, and the possibility of an over-night stay in a motel. The total cost will be about $350 per person. Please pray for us. Pray for safe travel. Pray for souls to be saved and lives changed. If you have any questions about this trip, please feel free to ask me.

Thank you,
Bro. Dennis and Youth

"Show Me Your God"

"Show me your God!" the doubter cries.
I pointed him out the smiling skies;
I showed him all the woodland greens;
I showed him peaceful sylvan scenes;
I showed him winter snows and frost;
I showed him waters tempest-tossed;
I showed him hills rock-ribbed and strong;
I bid him hear the thrush's song;
I showed him flowers in the close
The lily, violet and rose;
I showed him rivers, babbling streams;
I showed him youth hopes and dreams;
I showed him stars, the moon, the sun;
I showed him deeds of kindness done;
I showed him joy, I showed him care,
And still he holds his doubting air,
And faithless goes his way, for he
Is blind of soul, and cannot see!
